- ✓ Everything you need in one kit
📦 What's in the kit?
Everything you need to stop heel pain and heel slip in one box:
- 1 pair of Massage Insoles with arch support and massage nodes
- Heel Grip Pads in Black for darker shoes
- Heel Grip Pads in Beige for lighter shoes
Use them together for maximum comfort, or separately in different shoes.
📐 Will it fit?
Yes, choose your regular shoe size and you're good to go.
- Trimmable insoles for a perfect fit
- Heel grips fit most shoes, from trainers to boots and heels
- In between sizes? Size up and trim along the guide lines
🩺 Will it help my heel pain?
Yes, the kit can help ease discomfort from common problems like heel pain, plantar fasciitis and blisters from heel rubbing.
The insoles cushion and support your feet, while the heel grips stop your heel slipping and rubbing. If you have a medical condition, check with your GP or podiatrist first.
🩹 How do I apply the heel grips?
- Wipe the inside of the heel so it's clean and dry
- Peel off the backing and line the pad up with your heel
- Press firmly for 30 seconds, then leave for a few hours before wearing
🧼 How do I clean them?
Hand wash the insoles with mild soap and water and let them air dry. Wipe the heel grips gently with a damp cloth, but don't soak them, so the adhesive keeps sticking.
